摘要
以涡北选煤厂为例,结合选煤厂生产现状和现今计算机技术、PLC技术、网络技术、应用软件技术和通讯技术,并考虑今后发展需求,提出低压配电室远程分合闸的智能化改造与应用要点;通过开展智能化改造,增强了选煤厂低压配电系统设备管控水平,切实保障了设备运行期间的安全可靠性,实现故障与事故超前预防目标,同时选煤厂也获得了较好的社会效益与经济效益。
Taking Wobei Coal Preparation Plant as an example,combined with the current situation and current computer technology,PLC technology,network technology,application software technology and communication technology,and considering the future development needs,this paper puts forward the intelligent transformation and application points of remote opening and closing of low-voltage distribution room;By carrying out intelligent transformation,the equipment control level of low-voltage distribution system in the coal preparation plant has been enhanced,the safety and reliability of the equipment during operation have been effectively guaranteed,and the goal of advanced prevention of faults and accidents has been achieved.At the same time,the coal preparation plant has also obtained good social and economic benefits.
