[目的/意义]党史智库是党和国家的一类特殊智库。对党史智库进行专题研究,既能够对其建设起到推动作用,又能够为中国特色新型智库的建设提供启示思考。[方法/过程]本文介绍了党史智库的历史与现状,剖析了党史智库的发展优势,阐述了党史智库的“善为”和“难为”,并对中国特色新型智库的建设之道提出了具体建议。[结果/结论]党史智库要想在中国特色新型智库的建设热潮中脱颖而出并占有一席之地,就必须切实找准发展定位,充分发挥自身优势。当前,创新发展中国特色新型智库,一要始终坚持党管智库原则,二要适时设立全国性智库管理机构(即全国智库理事会),三要坚定不移走专业化、特色化、差异化发展之路。特别是,智库管理机构要纠正智库建设中冷热不均、导向单一等偏差,解决智库考评中不同类型同台竞技、同样标准的问题。

[Purpose/significance]CPC(the Communist Party of China)history think tanks are special think tanks for the CPC and the PRC(the People's Republic of China).A special study of CPC history think tanks can not only promote their construction,but also provide enlightenment for the construction of the new types of think tank with Chinese characteristics.[Method/process]This article introduces the history and current situation of CPC history think tanks,analyzes their development advantages,expounds their particular predominance and deficiency,and puts forward specific suggestions for the construction of the new types of think tank with Chinese characteristics.[Result/conclusion]This article believes that if CPC history think tanks want to stand out and have a place in the construction boom of the new types of think tank with Chinese characteristics,they must effectively identify their development positioning and give full play to their own advantages.At present,to develop new types of think tank with Chinese characteristics:Firstly,we must always adhere to the principle of party leadership over think tanks.Secondly,we must establish a national think tank management institution(that is,the National Think Tank Council)in a timely manner;and thirdly,we must unswervingly develop professionalization,specialization,and differentiation.In particular,think tank management agencies must correct the unevenness of coldness and hotness,as well as the single orientation in the construction of think tanks,and solve the problem of all kinds of think tanks competing on the same stage and the same standard in the evaluation of think tanks.
