功能化磁性纳米材料在农兽药残留检测中的研究进展

Research Progress of Functional Magnetic Nanomaterials in Detection of Residue of Agricultural Veterinary Drugs

随着农兽药的广泛使用,其带来的污染环境、提高生物耐药性、危害动植物以及人类生命安全等问题备受关注,因此对药物残留进行实时、快速、有效地监测和处理具有重大意义。磁性纳米材料具有很多优秀性能,如化学稳定性强、生物相容性高、吸附性能好、易于分离以及可通过表面修饰或改性的方法使其功能化,磁性纳米材料被广泛应用于分析方法的样品前处理技术中,在农兽药残留检测的应用中具有很广泛的前景。本文主要介绍功能化磁性纳米材料在固相萃取、免疫分析以及分子印迹技术中应用的研究进展。

With the extensive use of agricultural and veterinary drugs,it has given rise to a variety of problems,such as pollution of the environment,improvement of biological resistance,harm to animals and plants and human life safety.Therefore,it is of great significance to monitor and treat drug residues in real time,quickly and effectively.Magnetic nano material has many excellent properties,such as chemical stability,good biocompatibility,high adsorption performance,easy separation and can make its function by using the method of surface modification and modification,so the magnetic nanomaterials are now widely used in the analysis method of sample preparation techniques and applications in agriculture and veterinary drug residue detection also has broad prospects.In this paper,the application of functionalized magnetic nanomaterials in solid phase extraction,immunoassay and molecular imprinting are reviewed.
