生姜茎叶在肉羊瘤胃中的降解特性研究

摘要 本研究旨在分析生姜茎叶在肉羊瘤胃中降解特性,探索生姜茎叶在肉羊饲料中的应用潜力。以3只安装永久性瘤胃瘘管的肉羊为试验动物,采用尼龙袋法测定生姜茎叶主要营养成分在肉羊瘤胃内的降解率和降解参数。结果表明:生姜茎叶干物质(DM)、粗蛋白质(CP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)在肉羊瘤胃中的降解率差异较大,DM在各时间点的降解率均高于CP、NDF和ADF在相应时间点的降解率;生姜茎叶中DM、CP、NDF和ADF 72 h瘤胃降解率分别为58.69%、35.92%、44.94%和47.20%,有效降解率分别为43.64%、25.13%、26.33%和26.01%。通过对生姜茎叶主要营养成分在肉羊瘤胃中的降解特性分析得出,生姜茎叶DM、CP、NDF和ADF瘤胃降解率较高,可作为优质粗饲料资源用于反刍动物生产。 This experiment was conducted to study the ruminal degradation characteristics of ginger stems and leaves in mutton sheep,and to explore the potential of ginger stems and leaves as a feed ingredient for sheep diet.The ruminal disappearance rates and degradability coefficients of nutrients in ginger stems and leaves were determined using three cannulated mutton sheep by nylon bag technique.The degradation rates of dry matter(DM),crude protein(CP),neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and acid detergent fiber(ADF)in ginger stems and leaves were significantly different in rumen of mutton sheep,and the degradation rates of DM at all time points were higher than those of CP,NDF and ADF at corresponding time points.The ruminal disappearance rates of DM,CP,NDF and ADF in ginger stems and leaves were 58.69%,35.92%,44.94%and 47.20%at 72 h,and the effective ruminal degradation rates were 43.64%,25.13%,26.33 and 26.01%,respectively.In conclusion,the ruminal disappearance rates of DM,CP,NDF and ADF were high and the ginger stems and leaves could be used as a high quality roughage source for ruminants.
