沙坪选煤厂煤泥水系统浓缩工艺的优化设计与研究 被引量:2

摘要 分析了沙坪选煤厂煤泥水浓缩工艺存在的主要问题,提出将原两段浓缩工艺改为一段浓缩工艺的改造思路。改造实施后,提升了选煤厂煤泥水系统浓缩工艺适应不同煤泥性质的应变能力,实现了快速切换浓缩池,将煤泥中的中、低灰煤泥与高灰煤泥进行分离的目的,同时还在一定程度上提升了加压过滤机的处理能力,并节约了煤泥浓缩的药剂使用量,对保证并提升选煤厂利润具有重要意义。 This paper analyzes the problems existing in the concentration process of the coal slurry water system in shaping coal washing plant,and through the process optimization transformation,the two-stage concentration process is transformed into a single-stage concentration process,the strain capacity of coal slurry concentration process in the original design process was improved.The medium and low ash coal slime is separated from high ash coal slime,the processing capacity and application effect of pressure filter are improved,the consumption of reagent is reduced,and good economic benefit is obtained.
