崖坪选煤厂提质增效的探索与实践

Exploration and practice of improving quality and efficiency of Yaping Coal Preparation Plant

为提高产品质量,优化选煤技术经济性和系统运行的稳定性,崖坪选煤厂通过采取预排矸系统技术改造、完善煤质管理体系、优化原煤开采方法等措施,使矸石带煤率从6.37%降低到0.44%,故障影响时间大幅降低,电耗水平保持先进指标,实现了提质增效的目标,为炼焦煤选煤厂提供借鉴。

In order to improve product quality,optimize coal preparation economy and the stability of system,this paper summarized the technological transformation of gangue system in Yaping coal preparation plant,improvement of the coal quality management system,optimization of raw coal mining method,statistics show that coal in gangue reduced from 6.37%to 0.44%,impact failure time remain low level,power consumption levels remain advanced indicators.The goal of improving quality and efficiency has been achieved and this paper provide reference for coking coal preparation plant.
