仿南宋官窑粉青釉配方组成的优化研究

Study on optimization of formula composition of blue glaze imitates southern Song Dynasty imperial kiln

探讨了影响仿南宋官窑青釉配方组成的主要影响因素,如SiO_(2)/Al_(2)_O_(3)、K_(2)O/Na_(2)O摩尔比、Fe_(2)O_(3)等因素对其性能影响。试验结果表明:当SiO_(2)/Al_(2)_O_(3)摩尔比为7.5,K_(2)O/Na_(2)O摩尔比为9,Fe_(2)O_(3)的摩尔含量在0.15mol~0.2mol时,获得了良好的粉青裂纹釉面效果。

In this paper,the main factors affecting the composition of the green glaze of the imitation southern Song dynasty imperial kiln are discussed,such as SiO_(2)/Al_(2)_O_(3)、K_(2)O/Na_(2)O molar ratio,Fe_(2)O_(3) and other influencing factors on its properties.The experimental results show that when the molar ratio of SiO_(2)/Al_(2)_O_(3) is 7.5,the molar ratio of K_(2)O/Na_(2)O is 9,and the molar content of Fe_(2)O_(3) is 0.15-0.2mol,the optimum blue crack glaze is obtained.
