摘要
通过对发动机缸体清洗机工艺流程的详细分析,运用物联网与计算机技术研发了发动机缸体清洗机可视化监控系统。可视化监控系统采用与PLC直接通信方式实现了数据通信,并将这些数据保存到数据库中,通过对采集到的数据进行加工和处理实现了设备实时状态监控、生产计划管理、设备定期维护,解决了设备生产效率低、利用不充分、信息不透明等问题,保障设备稳定高效运行。通过可视化监控系统实现了企业对设备的智能化、信息化管理,提高了企业的设备管理水平。
Through a detailed analysis of the process flow of the engine block cleaning machine, the use of the Internet of Things and computer technology has developed a visual monitoring system for the engine block cleaning machine.The visual monitoring system adopts direct communication with PLC to realize data communication, and saves these data in the database.By processing and processing the collected data, it realizes real-time equipment status monitoring, production plan management, and regular equipment maintenance.The problems of low equipment production efficiency, insufficient utilization, and opaque information are solved to ensure the stable and efficient operation of equipment.Through the visual monitoring system, the enterprise realizes the intelligent and information management of the equipment, and improves the enterprise equipment management level.
