摘要
针对驻退杆外圆表面在加工后表面粗糙度一致性差,加工及测量效率低等问题,结合驻退杆的结构特点及使用需求,突破在位测量关键技术,设计了驻退杆外圆珩磨装备。采用全浮动分体式定压进给珩磨单元对驻退杆外圆表面进行珩磨加工,可在驻退杆外圆表面形成交叉网纹,有利于油液储存和油膜保持。基于比对式测量法的在位测量系统采用接触式测量仪,通过两点法计算驻退杆指定截面的直径和圆度。
