摘要 评估指标权重赋值是装备体系评估的重要环节,权重赋值的客观性和科学性对评估结果影响巨大。主观赋权法和客观赋权法各有优点,组合使用将使指标权重客观性加强,评估结果可信度增加。在主观赋权的基础上,结合客观赋权法的赋值结果,构造了一种基于改进方差最大化的主客观组合赋权方法。在主、客观权重排序一致条件下采用组合赋权,在排序不一致条件下,仍接受主观权重赋值结果。通过实例分析展示了该方法的可行性和可信性。 Evaluation index weight assignment is an important part of equipment system evaluation.The objectivity and scientificity of weight assignment have a huge impact on the evaluation results.Subjective weighting and objective weighting methods have their own advantages.The combined use of the two methods will strengthen the objectivity of indicator weights and increase the credibility of evaluation results.On the basis of subjective weighting and combining the results of the objective weighting method,a subjective and objective combination weighting method based on improved variance maximization is constructed.Combination weighting is adopted when the subjective and objective weights are ranked consistently,and the result of subjective weight assignment is still accepted when the ranking is inconsistent.Finally,the feasibility and credibility of the method are demonstrated through an example analysis.
