摘要
通过分析影响发动机燃料热安定性的因素,找到了导致燃料安定性降低的原因。从生产原料的选择,生产工艺的确定以及工艺条件的优化等方面确定了高热安定性燃料的生产方案,并进行了工业化生产。对工业化生产的产品委托专业质检部门进行检验,结果表明:生产的高热安定性燃料的各项理化指标均能满足GB6538-2018技术要求。空军油料所综合鉴定法鉴定结果表明:生产的高热安定性燃料可以满足综合鉴定法规定的热安定性要求。
This paper found the reasons leading to the decrease of fuel stability by analyzing the factors affecting the thermal stability of engine fuel,determined the production plan of high thermal stability fuel from the selection of raw materials,determination of production process and optimization of process conditions,and carried out the industrial production.The industrial products were inspected by professional quality inspection departments,and the results showed that the physical and chemical indexes of the high thermal stability fuel could meet the technical requirements of GB6538-2018.The results of comprehensive identification of Air Force fuel institute showed that the fuel with high thermal stability could meet the requirements of comprehensive identification.
