摘要
循环流化床粉煤气化技术相对环保,采用干法进料干法排灰,无黑水产生,但在开停车过程中,由于炉温控制较低或工况异常时易产生含碳量高达50%的细灰,该细灰憎水,且粒径小于50μm的占90%左右,比重较轻,排灰过程中无法实现密封操作,现场扬尘较大,环保问题突出,采用干法进料干法排灰的气化装置都存在此类问题。陕西延长石油集团与南京大学开展了针对此种煤灰的润湿剂研究合作并获得成功,干灰经润湿后能够形成含15%~30%水分的湿灰,可有效控制煤灰外排时的现场环保问题。
Circulating fluidized bed pulverized coal gasification technology is relative environmental protection,which uses dry feed and dry ash discharge without any blackwater generated,however,in the process of plant startup and shutdown,due to the low temperature control or abnormal conditions,it is easy to produce fine ash with carbon content as high as 50%,which particles less than 50 microns are of hydrophobic and accounted for about 90%that cannot be achieved the sealing operation in the process of ash discharging.The environmental protection problem is prominent,which exists in the gasification plant that adopts dry method to feed and discharge ash.Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Group and Nanjing University had carried out research cooperation on wetting agent for this kind of coal ash and achieved success.Wet ash containing 15%~30%water can be formed after wetting dry ash,which could effectively control the on-site environmental protection problems during coal ash discharge.
