摘要
丁二烯抽提装置的精馏系统中丁二烯浓度高,当系统中有氧、铁锈等诱发聚合的种子存在时,极易产生丁二烯聚合物。为消灭诱发聚合的种子,丁二烯装置开车前,会对精馏系统进行酸洗钝化,在系统金属表面生成1层钝化膜,防止金属与腐蚀介质直接接触,从而达到防止系统腐蚀的效果。文中围绕精馏系统钝化和不钝化的运行对比,分析讨论丁二烯装置精馏系统不钝化的可行性。
The concentration of butadiene in the distillation system of the butadiene extraction unit is high,and it is easy to produce butadiene polymers when the seeds of the polymerization induced by oxygen and rust exist in the system.In order to eliminate the seeds induced polymerization,before starting,the distillation system will be pickling passivation with a layer of passivation film generated on the mental surface,to prevent the direct contact of metal and corrosive medium,so as to prevent the effect of system corrosion.This paper analyzed and discussed the feasibility of non-passivation of distillation system in butadiene unit by comparing the operation of passivation and non-passivation of distillation system.
