摘要
原油在开采过程中添加的含氯助剂和为了保持重整催化剂的酸性功能注入的有机氯,都会使油品中携带某些氯化物,此部分氯化物会对下游装置产生强烈的腐蚀,需要采用脱氯剂对其进行脱除。某公司自主研发了1种具有优异性能的重整油脱氯剂,为了推进该脱氯剂工业化进展,在小试合成脱氯剂的基础上,进行了中试及工业化放大生产。文中介绍了脱氯剂小试、中试和工业化放大生产的配方及过程优化,并对工业化放大生产后的样品进行抽样评价,查看脱氯效果。
In the process of crude oil mining,the chlorine-containing additives added and organic chlorine injected with maintaining the acidic function of reforming catalyst will make the oil product carry some chloride,which will have strong corrosion on downstream units,which need to remove by using dechlorination agent.A company independently developed a dechlorination agent with excellent performance of reforming oil.In order to promote the progress of the dechlorination agent industrialization,on the basis of pilot synthesis of dechlorination agent,pilot test and industrial amplification are conducted.This paper introduced the formulation and process optimization of dechlorination agent in small scale test,pilot test and industrial amplification production,and evaluated the sample after industrial amplification production to check the dechlorination effect.
