摘要
针对市场需求及行业发展,介绍了某公司高压装置生产LDPE涂覆用聚乙烯树脂19G的研制过程与应用。对研发产品的技术方案、聚合调整措施以及管式法工业生产方法进行了阐述,同时与1C7A、18G等涂覆树脂进行结构和性能对比分析,通过调整优化高压装置聚合工艺条件研发生产19G产品,经多家客户的加工试验,表明19G产品用于编织袋表面涂层与纸塑复合等生产,涂覆速度可以稳定在180~200 m/min。
Regarding the market demand and industry development,this paper introduced the preparation and application of polyethylene resin(19G)for LDPE coating produced by a high pressure plant,expounded the technical proposal of development product,polymerization adjustment measures and tubular process industry production,compared and analyzed the structure and performance of the 1C7A and 18G,developed and produced19G products by adjusting and optimizing the polymerization process conditions.After processing tests of several customers,the results showed that the 19G product could be used in the surface coating of woven bag and paper plastic composite production,which coating speed could keep stable at 180~200 m/min.
