摘要
随着设施农业的发展,无土栽培技术得到了广泛的应用。在山东省省级水利科研与推广项目“无土栽培作物需水规律研究”中,采用根系专用扫描仪Epson V800进行根系图像扫描,并用WinRHIZO根系分析软件对番茄根系进行分析,从而获得各处理根系,如根长、根表面积、根体积等的特征参数。
With the development of facility agriculture,soil-less cultivation technology has been widely used.In the provincial water research and promotion project"Study on Water Requirement of Soilless Cultivated Crops",it utilized Epson V800,a special root scanner,to scan root images,and WinRHIZO root analysis software to analyze tomato roots,so as to obtain characteristic parameters of various treated roots,such as root length,root surface area and root volume.
