滕州市新薛河人工湿地水质净化工程防洪评价

Flood Control Evaluation On Constructed Wetland Water Purification for Xinxue River in Tengzhou

滕州市新薛河流域(新薛河片区)人工湿地水质净化工程位于新薛河中下游,文章通过复核新建溢流堰和液压升降坝的泄洪能力及冲刷与淤积计算,从与现有水利规划的关系与影响、行洪安全、河势稳定、现有防洪工程、河道整治工程及其他水利工程设施及防汛抢险等方面对新建建筑物进行了防洪综合评价,并提出工程影响防治措施。

The constructed wetland water purification project is located in the middle and lower reaches of Xinxue River.This paper reviewed the calculation on flood discharge capacity,erosion and sedimentation to newly-built overflow weir and hydraulic lifting dam.The comprehensive flood control evaluation is carried out from the aspects of the relationship and influence with existing water resources planning,flood discharge safety,river regime stability,existing flood control works,river regulation works,other water resources works and flood control and emergency rescue,and the prevention and control measures of project influence are put forward.
