摘要
水利科研单位是水利科技进步的重要力量,做好水利科研单位的人才管理,对该单位的事业发展具有重要的促进作用。本文结合实例,从管理理念、绩效管理、人员管理三个方面对水利科研单位人才管理现状进行了分析,提出了对策和建议,以期能够促进水利科技管理的不断完善,为水利事业的发展提供技术支撑。
Water resources scientific research unit is an important force of water resources scientific and technological progress.To do a good job of talent management has an important role in promoting the development of the unit.Based on examples,this paper analyzes the current situation of talent management in water resources research institutes from three aspects:management concept,performance management and personnel management,and puts forward counter-measures and suggestions in order to promote the continuous improvement of water resources science and technology management and provide technical support for the development of water resources development.
