摘要 1985—2020年水土流失动态变化表明,邹平市水土流失面积净削减51.32%,实现了面积强度双降低,水土流失严重指数从微度严重等级下降为不严重,通过强监管和专项整治行动,人为水土流失监管力度空前,水土保持生态建设取得了明显成效。针对当前水土保持率提升、示范工程创建、规划实施等存在的问题,提出了切实可行的对策。 The dynamic changes of soil and water loss from 1985 to 2020 show that the soil and water loss area is reduced by 51.32%in the net in Zouping city,which is a double-reduction in both area and intensity.Therefore,the soil erosion index decreased from micro severity level to less severe level.Through unprecedented strong supervision and rectification action,soil and water conservation ecological construction has achieved obvious results.In view of the problems existing in the works of improvement of soil and water conservation rate,the establishment of demonstration projects and the implementation of planning,the feasible counter-measures are put forward.
