基于小规模限制性在线课程开展线上线下混合式实践技能教学——以《外科护理学总论》为例 被引量:1

摘要 目的:基于小规模限制性在线课程(SPOC)开展线上线下混合式实践技能教学,明确教学效果,为开展线上线下混合式实践技能教学提供参考依据。方法:通过分层整群随机抽样方法将2018级护理学专业的14个班划分为试验组和对照组,试验组7个班161名同学,对照组7个班157名同学,试验组采用线上线下混合式实践技能教学,对照组采用传统的线下实践技能教学。结果:两组《外科护理学总论》5项操作中,洗手穿衣和戴手套、器械识别和缝合打结、止血包扎和固定3项实验得分比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组的洗手穿衣和戴手套得分高于对照组,而试验组的器械识别和缝合打结、止血包扎和固定两个项目得分低于对照组;试验组的线上学习成绩高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于小规模限制性在线课程开展线上线下混合式实践技能教学有助于培养学生学习的自主性,整体教学效果优于传统的线下实践技能教学,但是并不适用于所有的实验项目,实验项目的选择上要有所区分。 Objective:To carry out online and offline mixed practical skills teaching based on Small Private Online Course(SPOC),clarify the teaching effect,and provide the reference for the development of online and offline mixed practical skills teaching.Methods:The 14 classes of the 2018 nursing major were divided into experimental group and control group by stratified cluster random sampling method.There were 161 students from 7 classes in the experimental group and 157 students from 7 classes in the control group.The students in experimental group received mixed online and offline practical skills teaching and the students in control group received traditional offline practical skills teaching.Results:Among the 5 operations of the General Review of Surgical Nursing,there were significant differences in the scores of hand-washing,dressing,and wearing gloves,instrument identification and suture knotting,and hemostatic bandaging and fixation(P<0.05).The scores of hand-washing,dressing,and wearing gloves were higher than those in control group,while the scores of instrument identification and suture knotting,hemostatic bandaging and fixation in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group.The online learning performance in the experimental group was also higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The online and offline hybrid practical skills teaching based on small-scale restricted online courses is helpful to cultivate students′learning autonomy,and the overall teaching effect is better than the traditional offline practical skills teaching,but it is not suitable for all experimental projects,and the selection of experimental projects should be differentiated.
