摘要
《国家职业教育改革实施方案》明确了“建设高质量教育体系”的政策导向,对职业技术教育高水平课程提出了高标准新要求。基于同步工程理论,阐述我国职业技术教育高水平课程建设的特质与未来趋势,坚持同步工程各要素整合观点,建构职业技术教育高水平课程新模式。通过变革传统的目标、内容、组织与评鉴,实施现代的研究、发展、执行与评鉴,在高水平课程建设中心协调下,创新推进不同高水平课程设置进程,高效推进可执行策略,最终实现职业技术教育高水平课程建设产出目标。
The national vocational education reform implementation plan defines the policy guidance of"building a high-quality education system",and puts forward new requirements for high-level courses of vocational and technical education.Based on the theory of synchronous engineering,this paper expounds the characteristics and future trend of the construction of high-level curriculum of vocational and technical education in China,adheres to the viewpoint of the integration of various elements of synchronous engineering,and constructs a new model of high-level curriculum of vocational and technical education,i.e.,to implement modern research,development,implementation and evaluation by changing the traditional goal,content,organization and evaluation,to innovate and promote the process of setting different high-level courses,effectively carry out executable strategies,and finally achieve the output goal of high-level curriculum construction of vocational and technical education under the coordination of the high-level curriculum construction center.
