供用能转换促进风电消纳的综合能源系统源荷协调优化调度 被引量:17

Source-load Coordinated Optimal Dispatch of Integrated Energy System Based on Conversion of Energy Supply and Use to Promote Wind Power Accommodation

摘要 针对热电联供“以热定电”约束导致的弃风问题,提出计及供用能转换促进风电消纳的综合能源系统源荷协调优化调度方法。首先,为提高供能方式灵活性,源侧引入变工况运行的空气源热泵以及含余热回收的电转气,优化电–气–热耦合关系以压缩热电联供出力空间,提高系统风电消纳水平。其次,荷侧基于热值等效原理对电、气、热用户的用能转换价值进行分析,在多类能源价格信号的引导下形成含用能转换的综合需求响应机制,协助风电并网消纳。最后,构建计及用户综合用能满意度的综合能源系统源荷协调优化模型,以最小化系统运行成本为目标优化各时段机组出力。算例结果表明,该方法在促进风电消纳的同时能够降低系统运行成本;含用能转换的综合需求响应机制对用户满意度影响较小,更符合用户的实际用能情况。 Aiming at the problem of wind curtailment caused by the constraint of determining-power-by-heat of the combined heat and power,a source-load coordinated optimal dispatch method that takes into account the conversion of energy supply and use to promote wind power accommodation is proposed.First,in order to improve the flexibility of energy supply,the source side introduces an air-source heat pump that operates under variable conditions and a power-to-gas with waste heat recovery,and optimizes the power-gas-heat coupling relationship to compress the output space of combined heat and power and improve the system’s wind power consumption level.Secondly,the load side analyzes the energy conversion value of electricity,gas,and heat based on the principle of calorific value equivalence,and forms a integrated demand response mechanism including energy conversion under the guidance of multiple types of energy price signals to assist wind power integration and accommodation.Finally,a integrated energy system source-load coordination optimization model that takes into account the user’s integrated energy consumption satisfaction is constructed,and the unit output is optimized for each period of time with the goal of minimizing system operating costs.The results of calculation examples show that this method reduces the operating cost of the system while promoting wind power accommodation;the integrated demand response mechanism including conversion of energy use has less impact on user satisfaction and is more in line with the actual energy use of users.
