利用基于人工智能技术的跨平台镁合金压铸模设计智能专家系统,以某笔记本电脑前壳盖的镁合金压铸模为对象,介绍了使用现代化设计工具设计镁合金压铸模的流程。新的智能专家系统加入人工智能技术后更加高效,可自主学习,解决了设计人员设计过程跟不上CAD软件步伐的问题,对高效快速设计镁合金压铸模提供参考。

Using the intelligent expert system of cross-platform magnesium alloy die casting die design based on artificial intelligence technology,taking the magnesium alloy die casting die of the front cover of a laptop as the object,the process of magnesium alloy die casting die design using modern design tools was introduced.The new intelligent expert system was more efficient with the addition of artificial intelligence technology and could learn independently,which solved the problem that the designer’s thinking process could not keep up with the pace of CAD software,and it provided references for the design of high efficiency and rapid magnesium alloy die casting die.
