摘要
针对传统工艺中汽车梁类件侧壁回弹、反弧及整体扭曲的问题,在拉深模压料面上设计凸筋,以减小材料在不同方向流动产生应力释放而导致的回弹,并通过CAE模拟制件成形后的回弹。经生产验证,优化后的成形工艺生产的制件质量合格,侧壁回弹及扭曲得到改善,缩短了回弹的调试时间,提高了生产效率。
In view of the traditional process of side wall springback,reverse arc,and whole twist on automobile beam parts,the convex rib was designed on the drawing die pressing surface in order to reduce the springback caused by the stress release of the material flowing in different directions,and the springback was simulated by CAE.Through production verification,the quality of the parts produced by the new forming process was qualified.The springback and twist of side wall were reduced,and the debugging time of springback was shortened,which improved production efficiency.
