摘要 介绍了1副同步双色注射模的设计过程,模具采用两板模结构,可实现1模8腔布局,型腔注射平衡通过流道调节螺钉调整;模具采用横向式浇注系统,先通过浇口衬套进行第一色ABS注射,然后依据待成型塑件颜色需要进行第二色TPR注射,保证了TPR在ABS上的定向排列,且能依据不同的着色需要进行色域调整,注射效率及塑件合格率高。 The design process of a synchronous co-injection mould was introduced,it adopted two plate mould with 8 cavities,and the injection balance of the cavity was adjusted by the runner regulating screw.The transverse gating system was adopted,the first color ABS was injected through the gate bushing,and then the second color TPR was injected according to the color needs of the plastic parts,which ensured the directional arrangement of TPR on ABS,and could adjust the color gambit according to different coloring needs.The injection efficiency and the qualified rate of plastic parts were high.
