The primary task of construction supervision is to ensure that the project quality reaches the predetermined goal. Prior to the implementation of relevant work, corresponding preliminary work shall be done to ensure the smooth progress of the construction project. This study discusses the role and quality management of construction supervision in construction projects, in order to help the majority of construction personnel and contribute to the rapid development of China’s construction industry.
