本文介绍了马钢股份整合融合信息化项目——计量系统的架构设计、模块功能、业务流程及建设应用。马钢计量系统覆盖了汽车衡、轨道衡、铁水衡、皮带秤以及水尺检测等所有马钢商贸和厂际间的计量业务,综合利用计算机技术,网络技术,数据库技术、多媒体技术、自动化控制技术等,结合防作弊手段和信息流的安全保护,构建了安全的计量系统平台。马钢计量系统通过与周边系统进行电文通讯,实现计量委托与计量实绩的数据交互链接,大幅提高了计量数据的处理效率与质量。

This paper introduces the information integration project of Maanshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd——Architecture design,module function,business process and construction application of measurement system.Maanshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.measurement system covers all measurement businesses of Maanshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,such as truck scale,track scale,molten iron scale,belt scale and water gauge detection.It comprehensively utilizes computer technology,network technology,database technology,multimedia technology and automatic control technology,and constructs a safe measurement system platform in combination with anti cheating means and security protection of information flow.The measurement system of Masteel realizes the data interactive link between measurement entrustment and measurement performance through message communication with surrounding systems,which greatly improves the processing efficiency and quality of measurement data.
