本文以石墨电极生产过程在线体密称重为题,通过秤体、称重托架和提升机构一体化设计,实现电极在两种不同介质中的称量和控制,从而可自动计算得出电极的体密指标。

In this paper, the on-line bulk density weighing of graphite electrode production process is the topic. Through the integrated design of scale body, weighing bracket and lifting mechanism, the weighing and control of electrode in two different media can be realized, so that the bulk density index of electrode can be calculated automatically.
