Study on the implementation path of“Internet+”electronic bidding for highway engineering

通过分析公路工程电子招标项目信息管理的对象包括各类工程资料和工程实际进展信息,分析表明:工程资料的档案管理应符合有关规定,宜采用计算机辅助管理。建立信息管理体系,工程项目须建立符合要求的局域网,利用局域网及时、准确地获取和快捷、安全、可靠地使用项目所需的各种信息,从而达到电子招标的目的。

Through analyzing the object of information management of electronic bidding project of highway engineering,including all kinds of engineering data and the actual progress information of the project,the analysis shows that the file management of engineering data should conform to the relevant regulations,and it is appropriate to adopt computer aided management.To establish the information management system,the project must establish a local area network that meets the requirements,and use the local area network to timely,accurately obtain and quickly,safely and reliably use all kinds of information needed by the project,so as to achieve the purpose of electronic bidding.
