摘要
[目的]总结OsSPL转录因子在调控水稻生长发育、组织构建、产量以及逆境响应等方面的研究成果,为水稻分子育种改良提供基因功能信息。[方法]通过文献检索,综述了OsSPL转录因子的结构特点及其在水稻中的表达调控和生物学功能等研究进展。[结果]目前已发现19个水稻OsSPL转录因子,其氨基酸序列含有SBP结构域,大部分OsSPL转录因子基因表达在翻译水平上受OsmiRNA调节。OsSPL转录因子影响水稻根系发育、株型结构、叶片器官形成、表皮毛分化、开花期及产量等;还参与水稻对生物与非生物逆境胁迫的响应代谢过程,进而调控植株对逆境胁迫的抗性。[结论]OsSPL转录因子参与调控水稻的根、叶、花、穗、籽粒等多组织的发育过程,并与植株的逆境响应代谢相关。目前OsSPL转录因子的部分生物学功能仍未被系统研究。
[Purpose]Research progress on the function of Oryza sativa squamosa promoter binding protein-like(OsSPL)transcription factors on the growth and development,tissue formation,yield and stress response in rice were summarized,in order to provide genetic information for the molecular breeding and improvement of rice.[Method]Through literature retrieval,illustrations on structure characteristics of OsSPLs,and advances on their expression patterns and biological functions were summarized.[Result]A total of 19 OsSPLs transcription factors have been identified,and all the amino acid sequences contain SBP domains.With the expressions of most OsSPLs being regulated by OsmiRNA at the translational level,OsSPLs affect rice root development,plant structure,foliar organ formation,epidermal hair differentiation,flowering period,yield and etc.;they also participate in various metabolic processes in response to biotic and abiotic stress,playing vital roles in the resistance of plant to stress.[Conclusion]OsSPL transcription factors are involved in the developmental processes of multiple rice tissues,and regulate plant metabolism when confronted with stress.However,the biological functions of some OsSPL transcription factors lack systematical investigation.
