农业绿色发展模式的合作社参与效应研究——基于倾向得分匹配分析 被引量:1

摘要 近年来政府环境政策压力和绿色农产品需求使农业绿色发展模式成为未来发展方向,然而现有以个体农户为主要管理单位的生产模式缺乏具有专业技术的组织来进行指导与监督,导致在病虫害防治方面的管理随意性提高,而合作社专业化组织管理特征具有引导农业绿色发展模式的可能性。文章基于广东、广西两省2018—2019荔枝种植户调查数据基础上,通过倾向得分匹配和分组回归检验分析合作社参与对农业绿色发展模式的影响效应。结果证明:合作社参与对农业绿色发展模式有显著的正向影响;合作社水准对农业绿色发展模式的影响有一定调节作用。可见,合作社应确保维持良好的资质水平,从而保障在农业绿色发展模式中始终处在前沿位置。在此基础上应积极鼓励农户合作社参与,改善农业种植环境,努力建设美丽生态宜居农村,使农业绿色发展模式有组织可依。 In recent years,the pressure of government environmental policies and the demand for green agricultural products have made the agricultural green development model become the future development direction.However,the existing production model with individual farmers as the main management unit lacks professional and technical organizations to guide and supervise,result⁃ing in the randomness in the management of pest control.The characteristics of specialized organization and management of cooper⁃atives have the capability to guide the green development model of agriculture.Based on the survey data of litchi growers in Guang⁃dong and Guangxi provinces from 2018 to 2019,this paper analyzes the impact of cooperative participation on agricultural green de⁃velopment model through propensity score matching and grouping regression test.The results show that cooperative participation has a significant positive impact on agricultural green development model;the level of cooperatives has a certain regulatory effect on the impact of agricultural green development model.It can be seen that cooperatives should ensure to maintain a good level of qualification,so as to ensure that they are always at the forefront of the agricultural green development model.On this basis,we should actively encourage farmers’cooperatives to participate,improve the agricultural planting environment,strive to build a beautiful ecological and livable countryside,and make the agricultural green development model organized.
