中国海油经过38年的发展,整体综合实力突飞猛进,实现了质的飞跃。由一家30多人的油气勘探队伍,发展成为产品业绩卓越、业务完善的国际能源公司。健康安全环保管理是整个油气产业的核心保证,其重要性可见一斑。面对中国海油生产工艺、设备、材料的不断更新迭代,健康安全环保管理压力也不断攀升。就油气行业安全管理现状及原因作出分析,并对后期安全管理作出展望,以应对油气行业高速发展而带来安全压力。

In its 38 years of development,CNOOC has made a quantum leap in its overall comprehensive strength.From a team of more than 30 people in oil and gas exploration,it has developed into an international energy company with excellent product performance and well established business.The importance of health,safety and environmental management,which is the core guarantee of the entire oil and gas industry,is evident.Facing the continuous updating and iteration of CNOOC production processes,equipment and materials,the pressure of HSE management is also raising.This paper analyzes the current situation and causes of safety management in the oil and gas industry,and provides an outlook on safety management in the future in order to cope with the safety pressure brought by the rapid development in oil and gas industry.
