摘要
储运二部常压储罐区为控制装置现场VOCS和异味管控,均实施氮封改造并联合收集储罐富足尾气后进行焚烧处置。在暴雨天气下,常压储罐温度和压力会骤降,导致氮封系统补压供应大增且骤然拉低氮气管网压力,空气会瞬间通过呼吸阀补入到常压储罐中,导致储罐尾气收集过程中,存在局部管道涡流,导致氧含量超标、闪爆的潜在运行风险。为了确保常压储罐尾气收集的安全运行,通过扁平化和及早调控压力值的措施,确保常压储罐在暴雨期间不进入负压范围,达到了规范操作和安全管控的预期目标。
In order to control VOCs and odor at the site of the second storage and transportation department,the atmospheric storage tank area is modified with nitrogen sealing and the combined collection of rich tail gas from the storage tanks is disposed of by incineration.In stormy weather,the temperature and pressure of atmospheric storage tank will drop suddenly,resulting in a large increase in the supply of nitrogen sealing system and sudden pulling down of the pressure of the nitrogen network;and air will fill into the atmospheric storage tank instantly through the breathing valve,resulting in local pipeline vortex in the collection process of tank tail gas and oxygen content exceeding the standard,potential operational risks of flash explosion.In order to ensure the safe operation of atmospheric storage tank tail gas collection,it is ensured that the atmospheric pressure storage tank does not enter the negative pres-sure range during the rainstorm through the measures of flattening and early regulation of pressure values.Hence,the expected goals of standardized operation and safety control are achieved.
