油库雷电静电风险控制措施探讨

摘要 油库储存油品具有易燃易爆性质,在油气储运系统中,雷电和静电具有较大的危害性,一旦引发事故,往往会造成巨大的经济、社会和环境风险。因此,通过了解雷电、静电风险,制定有效管控措施,对油库安全生产工作具有重要意义。从雷电、静电产生的危害出发,从管理、技术和应急3个方面讨论控制措施,以有效应对雷电、静电造成的风险。 In oil and gas storage and transportation system,thunder and lightning and static electricity are harmful.Due to the flammable and explosive nature of petroleum products stored in oil depots,it would cause huge economic,social and environmental risks once an accident occurs.Therefore,it is of great significance for the safe production of oil depots to understand the risks of thunder and lightning and static electricity and formulate effective control measures.Starting from the harm of thunder and lightning and static electricity,this paper discusses the control measures from three aspects covering management,technology and emergency so as to deal with the risks caused by thunder and lightning and static electricity effectively.
