A Case Study of Cultural Heritage Cooperative Conservation Under the"TheBelt and Road"Initiative

利用内容分析法和案例研究法,从发起单位及合作成员组成、保护对象性质及保护需求、合作关系组成及运行机制、合作范围及资源共享机制、风险防控机制五大基础要素,对现有“一带一路”背景下的文化遗产合作性保护实践案例进行分析,阐述“一带一路”文化遗产合作性保护机制的合作理念、合作渠道、合作保障、专业性合作和专题性合作,以期为“一带一路”沿线的文化遗产保护工作提供建议。

Using the content analysis and case study method,this paper analyzes the existing cases of cultural heritage cooperative conservation practices in the context of"The Belt and Road"from five basic elements:the composition of initiating units and cooperative members,the nature of conservation objects and conservation needs,the composition and operation mechanism of cooperative relations,the scope of cooperation and resource sharing mechanism,and the risk prevention and control mechanism.It elaborates cooperation philosophy,cooperation channels,cooperation safeguards,professional cooperation and thematic cooperation of cultural heritage cooperative conservation mechanism under the"The Belt and Road",so as to propose suggestions for them.
