摘要
高校图书馆参与科学数据出版具有重要的科学意义与社会意义,其与生俱来的信息服务功能为参与科学数据出版积累了强劲的内部优势,宏观环境的不断变化为其创造了明显的外部优势。文章提出引导用户参与、寻求学校支持、做好自主出版、探索合作出版四条路径供高校图书馆参考。
The participation of university libraries in scientific data publishing has important scientific and social significance,and its innate information service function has accumulated powerful internal advantages and the changing macro environment has created obvious external advantages for its participation in scientific data publishing.The paper puts forward four paths for reference of university libraries from the following aspects:guiding user participation,seeking school support,doing well in independent publishing and exploring cooperative publishing.
