Risk and Management of Children's Reading Promotion in the Library-society Cooperation of Public Libraries

公共图书馆少儿阅读推广馆社合作可能因合作的主体、内容、形式等因素产生责任风险、财产风险和声誉风险等。文章通过问卷调查,结合风险管理理论对建立风险管理机制提出建议,包括合作或活动前识别风险、预判风险和规避风险,活动中做好风险应对,活动后做好风险评估和监控。

Because of the subject,content,form,and other factors of cooperation,the library probably encounters liability risk,property risk,and reputation risk when it holds children′s reading promotion in the interaction between library and society.According to the collected questionnaire and risk management theory,this paper puts forward some suggestions to risk management mechanisms,including identifying risks before cooperation or activities,predicting and avoiding risks,making risk response during activities,and doing risk assessments and monitoring after activities.
