高等教育普及化阶段我国学分银行制度的建设 被引量:1

摘要 学分银行制度对于高等教育普及化阶段我国高等教育体系的多样性和贯通性发展具有重要意义。学分银行制度具有认证、积累和转换学习成果的功能,能够为学习者建立终身学习成果档案,有利于实现更高水平的高等教育普及化。通过探究我国学分银行制度的建设现状,发现我国学分银行制度建设在法律保障、经费投入、认证流程等方面仍有待完善。亟需建立具有社会公信力的认证体系,不断提升学习成果的数字化水平,与诸利益相关者共同推进我国学分银行制度建设。 At the stage of higher education popularization,the credit bank system is of great significance for the development of the diversity and connectivity of the higher education system.The credit bank system has the function of certification,accumulation and conversion of learning achievements.It can establish lifelong learning achievement files for learners,which is conducive to the popularization of higher education.By exploring the current situation of credit bank system construction at home and abroad,it is found that the credit bank system construction in China is still not perfect in national policy,legal protection,certification system and other aspects.It is urgent to establish a certification system with social credibility,continuously improve the digital level of learning outcomes,and cooperate with stakeholders to promote the construction of credit banking system in China.
