2015-2021年国家自然科学基金中医心血管病领域资助项目分析

Projects on Traditional Chinese Medicine for Cardiovascular Diseases Funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China from 2015 to 2021

收集2015-2021年国家自然科学基金医学科学部中医学科心血管病领域的面上项目、青年科学基金项目和地区科学基金项目的相关信息进行回顾分析,对该领域的资助情况、研究方向、研究特点、存在问题进行探讨,为申请者和依托单位了解心血管病基础研究的热点和动态提供参考。2015-2021年国家自然科学基金中医学科面上、青年、地区项目共计申请36 480项,资助4476项,资助率12.27%;中医心血管病领域共计申请2687项,占中医学科申请总数的7.37%,资助298项、资助率11.09%,占中医学科资助总数的6.66%。受资助依托单位共58个,资助项目总数≥10的依托单位共计11个,前3位分别为上海中医药大学(24项)、南京中医药大学(23项)、湖南中医药大学(21项)。研究疾病病种主要为心肌缺血(资助项目数:83,领域占比:27.85%,下同)、动脉硬化(72,24.16%)、高血压病(51,17.11%)、心力衰竭(47,15.77%)、冠心病(36,12.08%)、心律失常(9,3.02%);研究热点主要为信号通路(135,45.3%)、自噬与凋亡(32,10.74%)、心室重构(30,10.07%)、线粒体(27,9.06%)、甲基化(23,7.72%)、外泌体(21,7.05%)。梳理相关研究发现,中医心血管病领域基础研究目前存在中医理论科学内涵的研究不足、研究缺乏连续性和整体性、研究方案随意调整、科研思路仿效热点及套路化等问题。建议今后不仅要关注国际热点,学习、利用先进的理念和方法,更要注重传承中医经典的思维和理论,同时应围绕课题目标,充分凝练科学假说、聚焦科学问题、优选研究手段,深入探索中医药防治心血管病的现代科学内涵。

The general projects,young scientists projects,and regional projects on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for cardiovascular diseases funded by the National Natrual Science Foundation of China(NSFC)from 2015 to2021 were reviewed,and the funding situation,research direction,research characteristics and existing problems were analyzed,to help applicants and supporting institutions understand the hotspots and trends of basic researches related to cardiovascular diseases. From 2015 to 2021,NSFC accepted the applications of 36,480 general,young scientists,and regional projects,and finally funded 4,476(12. 27%)projects. A total of 2,687 projects on cardiovascular diseases have been applied,accounting for 7. 37% of the total number of applications in TCM disciplines;298 out of2,687(11. 09%)projects have been funded,accounting for 6. 66% of the total funding projects in TCM. Fifty-eight supporting institutions were involved,and 11 institutions received funding of more than 10 projects. The top three institutions were Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(24 projects),Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine(23 projects),and Hunan University of Chinese Medicine(21 projects). The main diseases studied were myocardial ischemia(83 projects,27. 85%),arteriosclerosis(72 projects,24. 16%),hypertension(51 projects,17. 11%),heart failure(47 projects,15. 77%),coronary heart disease(36 projects,12. 08%),and arrhythmia(9projects,3. 02%). The hotspots of the funded researches were signaling pathways(135 projects,45. 3%),autophagy and apoptosis(32 projects,10. 74%),ventricular remodeling(30 projects,10. 07%),mitochondria(27 projects,9. 06%),methylation(23 projects,7. 72%),and exosomes(21 projects,7. 05%). Moreover,it was found that the basic researches on TCM for cardiovascular diseases had certain problems,such as insufficient researches on TCM theories and scientific connotations,lack of continuity and integrity,unplanned adjustments of research protocols,and lack of innovation in scientific ideas and design. Therefore,in the future,people are suggested to not only concern international hotspots and learn modern theories and methods,but also put focus on the inheritance of classical thinking and theories in TCM. Additionally,it is suggested to put forward the scientific hypothesis according to the objective of the project,focus on the scientific issues and optimize the research methods,so as to further explore the modern scientific connotation of TCM in prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
