摘要
自动化和智能化是现代工业企业必备的两个要素,传统的塑料吸管分拣采取人工作业模式,在流水线上进行残次品的筛选和剔除,这种方法效率低、工作量大、实时性差,无法满足现代工业生产的需求。文章采用机器视觉技术,以U型塑料吸管作为研究对象,通过图像处理分析并提取出不同缺陷特征,实现高精度的缺陷检测,并通过实际的检验测试验证了所提出方法的有效性和可行性。
Automation and intelligence are the two essential elements of modern industrial enterprises.The traditional plastic straw sorting adopts manual operation mode to screen and remove defective products on the assembly line.This method is inefficient and has a large workload.Real-time performance is poor,unable to meet the needs of modern industrial production.The article adopts machine vision technology,takes U-shaped plastic straws as the research object,analyzes and extracts different defect characteristics through image processing,realizes high-precision defect detection,and verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method through actual inspection and testing.
