摘要
在船舶生产过程中,主机压力参数的检测环节一般需要使用二线制压力变送器,而此种电力转变设备需要外部DC24V设备和系统进行电力供应,一旦传感器外部出现故障,则会干扰监测系统的正常运转,严重时甚至会造成全船主机监测系统的故障。文章通过分析电气隔离技术在船舶主机压力参数监测中的作用,并结合设备实际使用情况,进一步总结优化电气隔离故障保护技术的应用策略。
In the process of ship production,the main engine pressure parameter detection link generally needs to use a two-wire pressure transmitter.However,this kind of power conversion equipment urgently needs external DC24V equipment and systems for power supply.Once the sensor fails,it will Interfering with the normal operation of the monitoring system may even cause the main engine of the ship in serious cases,causing the failure of the monitoring system of the whole ship’s main engine.Therefore,this article first analyzes the role of electrical isolation technology in detail,and combines the actual use of equipment,and further summarizes the application strategy of electrical isolation fault protection technology.
