Brief introduction on installation technology of ring steel box girder bridge

文章以厦门山海健康步道景观提升工程施工项目为例,对东山水库环廊钢结构桥梁施工安装开展研究。首先,通过相关规范和施工经验选择环形结构尺寸;然后针对工程特点对环形钢箱梁安装进行了吊装计算,充分考虑了环形钢结构、风力等因素,对施工工艺进行分析总结。

This paper takes the construction project of Xiamen Shanhai Healthy Trail Landscape Improvement Project as an example,and studies the construction and installation of the steel structure bridge in the ring corridor of Dongshan Reservoir.First,the size of the ring structure is selected based on relevant specifications and construction experience;then the installation of the ring steel box girder is hoisted and calculated according to the characteristics of the project,and the construction process is analyzed and summarized by fully considering the ring steel structure,wind force and other factors.
