摘要
我厂P10#AB皮带至P11#AB皮带原落煤管为传统的设计理念遵循《火力发电厂带式输送机运煤典型设计选用手册》进行设计。通过“料磨料”减少煤流对设备的磨损;为防止堵塞,设备的过流面积尽量大。本设计理念虽然减少了煤流对设备的磨损,但燃煤在转运过程中高落差煤流的冲击降低其使用寿命,较大面积剪切空气,产生大量的诱导风;高落差冲击造成皮带受伤。皮带偏载引起皮带跑偏;易造成输煤堵塞,直接影响燃煤电站的安全运行。
The original coal falling pipe from P10#AB belt to P11#AB belt in our plant is designed according to the traditional design concept in accordance with the "Selection Manual of Typical Design of Belt Conveyor for Coal Conveyor in Thermal Power Plants".Use "material abrasive" to reduce the wear of coal flow on equipment;in order to prevent clogging,the flow area of the equipment should be as large as possible.Although this design concept reduces the wear of coal flow on the equipment,the impact of high drop coal flow during the transportation process of coal combustion reduces its service life,and a large area shears air,which generates a large amount of induced wind;the high drop impact causes belt injuries.The belt eccentric load causes belt deviation;it is easy to cause coal conveying blockage,which directly affects the safe operation of coal-fired power stations.
