钢桁拱桥固塔少扣索缆索吊装施工技术

摘要 钢桁架拱桥以其造型美观、刚度大、跨越能力强等特点,在我国桥梁建设中得到广泛应用,中跨拱梁安装是其施工的关键工序。文章简要阐述固塔少扣索缆索吊装施工技术的基本原理、总体工艺流程及工艺特点,并以梅山春晓大桥中跨拱肋吊装安装施工为例,分析该技术应用的主要经济效益,为类似工程施工提供参考借鉴。 Steel truss arch bridge has been widely used in bridge construction in China because of its beautiful shape,large stiffness and strong span capacity.The installation of mid span arch beam is the key process of its construction.Therefore,this paper briefly expounds the basic principle,overall process flow and process characteristics of the construction technology of fixed tower and less cable hoisting.At the same time,combined with the hoisting and installation construction of the middle span arch rib of Meishan Chunxiao bridge as an example,this paper analyzes the main economic benefits of the application of this technology,so as to provide reference for the construction of similar projects.
