摘要
文章对照长沙市2021年市、县食用农产品监督抽检重点品种必检项目表,结合2021年国家食品安全监督抽检实施细则,对食用农产品监督抽检重点品种必检项目的检测方法、判定依据及其限量值进行了分析和归纳。
This article compares the list of mandatory inspection items for key varieties of edible agricultural products in the city and county inspections of edible agricultural products in 2021,and combines the implementation rules for national food safety supervision and inspection in 2021.The detection method,judgment basis and limit value of the mandatory inspection items of the key varieties of edible agricultural products are analyzed and summarized.
