滋阴益肾生血方联合重组人白细胞介素11治疗血小板减少30例

Effects of Ziyin Yishen Shengxue Decoction Combined with Recombinant Human Interleukin-11 for Injection on Platelet Parameters of CIT

目的:探讨滋阴益肾生血方联合重组人白细胞介素11治疗肿瘤化疗相关性血小板减少症(CIT)对患者血小板参数的影响。方法:选取2018年2月至2021年2月在乐平市人民医院确诊的60例CIT患者,采用简单随机分组将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组患者采用重组人白细胞介素11治疗,观察组采用自拟滋阴益肾生血方联合重组人白细胞介素11治疗,均持续治疗14 d。评估两组患者的临床疗效。分别于治疗前后,观察两组血小板计数(PLT)、白细胞计数(WBC)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)的情况以及PLT恢复时间。记录患者治疗期间的不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率为90.00%,显著高于对照组治疗的66.67%(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的WBC、RBC、PLT和Hb水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者PLT恢复正常的时间显著早于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应的发生率是13.33%,与对照组的23.33%相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:滋阴益肾生血方联合重组人白细胞介素11治疗CIT效果较好,可以有效改善患者的临床症状,增加PLT,安全性较好。

Objective:To explore the effects of ziyin yishen shengxue decoction combined with recombinant human interleukin-11 for injection on platelet parameters in patients with tumor chemotherapy-related thrombocytopenia (CIT).Methods:A total of 60 patients with CIT confirmed in Leping People’s Hospital were enrolled between February 2018 and February 2021.According to simple random grouping method,they were divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with recombinant human interleukin-11 for injection,while the observation group was additionally treated with self-made ziyin yishen shengxue decoction.All were continuously treated for 14 d.The clinical curative effect in both groups was evaluated.Before and after treatment,platelet count (PLT),white blood cell count (WBC),red blood cell count (RBC),hemoglobin (Hb) and recovery time of PLT in both groups were observed.The occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment in both groups was recorded.Results:The total response rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (90.00% vs 66.67%) (P<0.05).After treatment,levels of WBC,RBC,PLT and Hb in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05),and recovery time of PLT was significantly earlier than that in control group (P<0.05).The difference in incidence of adverse reactions between observation group and control group was not statistically significant (13.33% vs 23.33%) (P>0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of ziyin yishen shengxue decoction combined with recombinant human interleukin-11 for injection has a good effect on CIT,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms and increase PLT in patients,with good safety.
