Research on effectiveness of three-year plan for medium-term overhaul and item repairs of Suzhou rail transit equipment and facilities

苏州市轨道交通运营10年,部分设备设施中大修、专项修逐渐开展。为全面验证深度维修相关修程周期、工艺及维修效果实际情况,不断积累设备运维经验,使维修工作更加符合设备设施全寿命周期内的状态变化趋势,从而提高设备设施技术、维修管理水平,文章对设备设施中大修、专项修三年规划等工作开展有效性研究。

Suzhou rail transit has been in operation for ten years,and some equipment and facilities are gradually undergoing medium-term overhauling and item repair.In order to fully verify the actual situation of the repair cycles,processes and repair effects related to deep maintenance,and to continuously accumulate experience with equipment operation and maintenance,so that the maintenance work is more in line with changes states of equipment and facilities over the whole life cycle,thus to improve the technical and maintenance management level of equipment and facilities,this paper carries out effectiveness research on the three-year plan of medium-term overhaul and item repair of equipment and facilities.
