摘要
将空间圆圆心、半径的拟合分解到3个平面XOZ、YOZ、XOY上进行投影计算,3个投影面上的图形均为椭圆,由于圆心的一致性,直接转化为对投影面上椭圆中心、长短半轴的拟合计算,通过对3个投影面数据的计算分析处理可得出空间圆的圆心坐标、半径值。将该算法运用到地铁洞门钢环空间形态的检测与分析,并以MATLAB编程语言为工具,开发地铁隧道圆形洞门钢环检测数据处理与分析系统。利用该系统可对洞门钢环的空间形态进行拟合,计算钢环的三维中心坐标及半径,完成钢环安装的平整度、圆度、垂直度一系列质量评价。通过工程实例,验证此计算方法和检测系统的正确性,此成果亦可为其他工程建设中构造物的空间形态检测提供参考。
The fitting of space circle center and radius is decomposed into calculation of three projection planes for XOZ YOZ XOY,three plane graphics are oval,due to the consistency of the center of the circle,directly converted into the fitting calculation of axle shaft length and ellipse center on the plane,by calculation and analysis of three plane data,the center of circle coordinates and radius value are obtained,The algorithm is applied to the detection and analysis of the spatial shape of steel ring for the subway entrance.With MATLAB programming language as a tool,a data processing and analysis system for steel ring detection of circular tunnel door in subway tunnel is developed.By using this system,the spatial shape of steel ring can be fitted,the three-dimensional center coordinates and radius of steel ring can be calculated,and a series of quality evaluation of the flatness,roundness and verticality of steel ring installation can be completed.The accuracy of the calculation method and detection system is verified by an engineering example,and the results can also provide a reference for the detection of space form of other structures in engineering construction.
