摘要
新建城市轨道交通盾构隧道下穿既有运营线路隧道时,将对既有隧道地层产生扰动,若施工处理不当,会对既有线路隧道造成严重后果。文章以苏州市轨道交通5号线劳动路站—新市桥站新建隧道下穿2号线劳动路站—胥江路站运营隧道为背景,探讨盾构近距离始发并下穿既有运营线路隧道主要风险及相关应对措施,以期为富水软土地层同类工程安全施工提供技术参考和经验借鉴。
A new shield tunnel will disturb the stratum of the existing tunnel,when under-passing an existing running tunnel.If the construction is not handled properly,it may cause serious consequences to the existing tunnel.Based on the background of the newly built tunnel from Laodong Road station to Xinshiqiao station of Suzhou metro line 5,which is under-passing line 2 on Laodong Road station to Xujiang Road station,this paper discusses the main risks and relevant countermeasures of close distance departure and under-passing existing tunnel of running line,in order to provide technical references and experiences for the safe construction of similar projects in watery soft soil strata.
