苏州市轨道交通网络化运输组织思路及措施研究

Research on ideas and measures of networked Suzhou rail transit transportation organization

随着苏州市轨道交通新线的不断建设和投入运营,城市轨道交通网络已逐步成型,运营组织管理也随之从单线相对独立运营逐步向多线综合运营的方向转变,苏州市轨道交通已全面迈向网络化运营的新阶段。文章结合苏州市轨道交通线网规模、客流水平、组织架构等方面,研究分析运输管理方面面临的问题,制定目标并提出具有针对性的优化改进建议,为苏州市轨道交通高质量发展贡献力量。

With the continuous construction and operation of Suzhou rail transit new line,the network has gradually formed.The operation organization and management has gradually changed from single-line relatively independent operations to multi-line comprehensive operations.Suzhou rail transit has moved towards a new stage of networked operations.Based on the scale,passenger flow levels and organizational structure of Suzhou rail transit network,this paper summarizes and analyzes the problems faced by transportation management,formulates goals and puts forward targeted optimization and improvement suggestions,so as to contribute to the high-quality development of Suzhou rail transit.
